There seemed to be a new member of staff who obviously isn't going to know how to do the job yet but instead of helping her, the two other members of staff just openly mocked her and chatted between each other while making the coffees instead of helping.
When I mentioned to one of the staff members that I hadn't got something I ordered yet, she just look at me and said "I know"
