        Bus broke down twice in a row. First time it was coming home from school and we had to wait an hour for a replacement. Other bus that broke down started rattling crazily and we had to swap buses. DONT USE THIS SERVICE

        I'd give zero if I could but your coaches park on hills making it very difficult to over take and cause an obstruction, when made a complaint was told we don't care were told to pick people up that's what we're doing never mind the safety aspect of where they park causing people to do difficult over takes in poor weather conditions not the attitude to have when running a company.
