Wonderful experience with Ryan in helping our school with twelve identical performance boxes/cubes for the drama studio. The boxes were professionally designed and planned, delivered when expected by Ryan himself and have made such a difference to the children. They have been sanded, created with invisible joins and specially coated (for no extra cost) with resistant paint. Ryan has been friendly and professional from start to finish and the value of the boxes was an incredible price compared to other quotations. Ryan provided a really prompt and competitive quote in response to our request for fitted wardrobes in two bedrooms. Ryan listened to our needs exactly and provided good ideas to the brief. We contacted RGD Carpentry to quote for fitted bedroom furniture. We had rough ideas but RGD contributed their own ideas, adding to the design. They were very professional, and offered a competitive quote compared to other companies we had consulted, which we have accepted. I will post an update when the works are complete. Update: We have recently used Deadwoods Workshop to build and fit bedroom furniture, under sink vanity units in an en-suite and family bathroom and a storage unit in our kitchen/family room. We had a fairly good idea of what we wanted and Ryan and Tom were happy to take our ideas, offering suggestions for improvements and then delivering very well made and fitted furniture. Initially we were only considering bedroom furniture, but after meeting the guys and discussing what we wanted we asked if they could build vanity units, which they said they could. We were so impressed with their approach that this then led us to ask about the storage unit and they again said that they could build what we wanted. Using a small company like Deadwoods means you get exactly what you want. The guys are very good carpenters but you need a starting point to work from. When you ask if something is possible, they say yes, so you do need to know what you want! We supplied a verbal requirement for the bedroom and bathroom furniture and a scale drawing for the media unit, discussing our requirements with Ryan and Tom. The guys sourced the hardware for us to match in with existing door furniture in the house, saving us the effort. The guys were very considerate during the build, ensuring that carpets were covered, dust extraction used on their machines and kept us fully informed during the build. The build quality is superb. The standard of finish is excellent and we found the costs competitive. Wed have no hesitation in recommending Deadwoods Workshop for any carpentry project. Services: Installation, Furniture assembly
