Nationwide Building Society

I was surprised to see pensioners turned away from the branch at 13.15 today as it was break time and told to come back in an hour. Not a good option if you are elderly with low mobility or have made a specific trip. If the branch needs to close for lunch this should be shown on the published opening times. I dont see why they need to close when there was 4 of them there that I saw, surely they can take staggered lunch times? It seems service has slipped. A shame as the staff are usually very good and helpful.

I have always received friendly and professional service from the staff at the Horley branch. I have been banking with them for 20 years and have never had any issues with them.

One of the cashiers was rude and chewing gum.. Almost rolling his eyes at me whilst I asked to withdraw some money.. Final straw. will be moving banks
