        Service and product is ok but I got charged 2.78 for a 5 min sales call on their 0845 number. There is no need to charge customers that much for trying to buy from you. Shocking.

        I bought their expensive acoustic underlay (quietfloor plus). It was installed professionally using the sealent and tape I also bought from them. It made ZERO difference to the noise problem. Now I am trying to get in touch with them. They are not replying to my emails. Not returning my messages. The person in charge, Peter is just ignoring me. It is unfortunate enough that I have paid thousands of pounds for a product that doesnt work. Why the bad customer service on top? Disgraceful.
