Property Bespoke Ltd

We used Property Bespoke for a fairly extensive side extension to the upstairs and a kitchen extension, We are very happy with the work. A really great team - all very professional, considerate and just a nice bunch of guys who seem to love what they do. The standard of work seems excellent and they have kept us up to speed on costs. Project management was great and they were very good at keeping the site tidy even during the groundwork phase on clay soil. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

We would highly recommend Property Bespoke and are certain we made the correct choice when choosing them to do our small extension in Copthorne. The whole team were always friendly, polite, hard working and clearly very good at what they do. From the initial quote until the end of the job, they were easy to work with, professional and overcame any unexpected problems with ease. We would thoroughly recommend Property Bespoke. The team were absolutely brilliant - courteous and efficient. They always made an early start and their workmanship was top quality. The team always tidied up well and were professional and considerate around us, our children and our neighbours. They converted our detached garage (that was in poor shape) into a lovely, useable room. They finished the project within time and budget expectations and we couldn't be happier. We would use Property Bespoke for any future projects.

We are so glad we found Property Bespoke! From day one, Carl, Joe and their team have been reliable, courteous and knowledgable. They have just finished a single story kitchen extension and were with us for 4 months. In that entire time we were never disappointed. They are respectful, energetic, committed and fun to have around. The quality of work is second to none, and honestly I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. Our project hit a couple of obstacles, but it was never a problem. They were always positive and eager to find the best solution without cutting any corners. We couldnt be happier with the finished result. We absolutely love it, and although were relieved its now finished, well actually miss having them around!

Would highly recommend Property Bespoke, Joe, Carl and their team are friendly and professional and their workmanship is excellent, it's obvious they take pride in their work. Really happy with our new patio doors and would definitely use them again for future works.
