On Your Bike

I redeemed my cyclescheme voucher and got the most amazing bicycle! But what really blew me away was how kind and helpful the staff were. Michelle, Karen and Christoff were all helping us picking helmets, and fitting locks and bicycle racks and we even ended up getting my daughter a new bicycle as well. The recommendations Michelle gave were great, she really knows her stuff. The whole 2 hours was a fabulous experience. Thank you OYB!

Just had a full service on my mountain bike and parts replaced. Second time i have been here, they are awesome. The customer service is top notch, friendly and a caring attitude. My bike works like brand new, the bike mechanic is brilliant and sourced my bike parts at a competetive price. A great team run by a lovely owner.

The place is brimming with goodwill. After we'd made a purchase they gave us free sweets, filled our water bottles and let us use their jet hose.
