My nails were done really beautifully, atmosphere was great and I was accomodated at very last minute. During the treatment I was sure I would come back multiple times for other treatmes and recommend to friends. Unfortunately, all good impression was spoilt when I was asked to pay 49 instead of 35 quoated when I asked. Extra charge for patters. I was not told about it before or during treatment. and extra 14 for a bit if glitter? Luckily I could afford it but what if I was on very tight budget? Total lack of transparency that spoilt an experience and I dont think i would be keen to return now as I am not happy with such surprises.
