Cocos has really gone down hill in the last few months since Lee left. Theres never any staff available so limited appointments. I had an appointment booked today for 12.30, walked in 5 minutes before and they told me it would be a 20 minute wait, which seems to be a regular occurrence - theyre too busy piling everyone in to take their money to care about their existing customers. Have gone somewhere else in crawley the last 2 times now and have been seen straight away. Wont be going back anymore, which is a shame as Ive been going there for 2 years now. Service: Acrylic nails
