Jenna is fabulous! I will never let anyone else touch my face again. I have been to her for brow maintenance over the years, microblading, lashes and gel nails. She is a true professional who talks you through every detail and makes each treatment bespoke to you and your needs. The salon is an oasis of calm. A really lovely professional environment. Sometimes we spend the whole hour/s chatting and other times I have been known to take a nap! Jenna just knows how to make you feel comfortable and I always leave 100% satisfied. First time going to a home salon and I can not recommend Jenna enough. She was very welcoming, had great product knowledge, a lovely selection of colours and pleasant to talk to. I've recently completed 3 training courses with RiaBelle Beauty. All courses were completed in an amazing, well kept and clean salon. I was provided with all relevant information and equipment to complete each course in detail. Jenna is a wonderful trainer and extremely knowledgeable. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout. I left each day beaming with pride about what I had accomplished and how confident Jenna has made me feel in my new chosen career.

Had my first treatment at Riabelle today and it certainly wont be my last! I was very nervous about having eyelash extensions and henna brows but Jenna put me so at ease and made the whole experience really enjoyable. I loved training with Jenna at Ria Belle - I started with 3 courses and ended up completing 5! I am really pleased that I decided to commit to all the courses as I feel that I have a lot of treatments I can now offer and practice being new to the beauty industry. Jenna is personable, professional and so supportive. She advises me when I need help and is so constructive - she provides that reset that I need to focus on what I want from my business and how to incorporate my business into my lifestyle especially as I have a part time job already. I appreciate her support with social media posts and photographing before and after and encouraging friends to share to gain a larger client base. I really feel I wouldnt have got to the point where I am with the confidence, resilience and attention to detail that I have without Jennas excellent training. Being able to have 1-1 training with a real focus on demonstration and practical application has improved my confidence and professionalism as a beauty therapist.
