Tina is absolutely amazing!! Never fails to make me laugh and always manages to do my nails exactly the way i ask- all the staff are lovely and prices are very good

Awfully dirty, nothing was sanitised between customers. Using old files and drill bits. Buffer was over used and cuticle scissors still had the previous cuticles on them. Felt really rushed. Nothing good to say about my nails either. Felt disappointed when leaving as wasn't really listened too, even after showing a picture of what I wanted. And just to add, no ventilation in the shop, the smell was over whelming. Could do with some health and safety training!! Saying all this, they are all very talented at what they do, nail art looked lovely.

They are soooooo slooooooow, I waited hours for my partners nails to be removed, and it wasn't even that busy in there, and her previous visit to apply them they said they took card then demanded cash, pay more go somewhere else. Avoid

Went in today after not using for a long time and will never go back. Id only had one bad experience before with the man doing my nails every other time theyve been decent. Walked in and sat in the waiting area for 5 mins before someone even spoke to me, then waited another 40 minutes before asking how much longer to be told an hour or so.I understand its near Christmas but I should have been told its a long wait when I said what I wanted. One woman doing nails put the tips on 1 client then stood up put her coat on and left??? Also the waxing lady is very unhygienic, and its not the first time Ive seen her do it, uses the same spatula constantly and then picks off the wax and uses it for the next customer. You shouldnt double dip let alone use the same spatula for multiple clients. Unhygienic and begging for an infection. Would not ever come back again. Went to a salon across the road and was seen instantly and nails better than ever had here
