Shocking lack of customer care and support. The two male mortgage advisor's simply couldn't care less, they are either rude and abrupt or simply ignore you. They certainly aren't interested in providing any customer care or customer support. Haven't any understanding of customer needs and struggle to answer very basic questions relating to mortgages. My advice would be to go elsewhere, which is exactly what I have just done. There are plenty of other banks in Crawley that welcome and value your custom, all with mortgage advisor's that can answer basic questions!

This branch of Halifax is really nice and friendly but yes It's a bank... you go there for financial transactions, drop your money in and take it out. I've had Halifax take care of my financial matters for some 10 plus years now. The staff are competent and pleasant and patient. All are truly good at what they do. On my recent visit there where no queues at all meaning they had enough staff to take care of the customers and all their issues which is not usual in all Halifax branches as some you need to wait in line for ages. I can honestly say it was a great experience here. Very clean branch also which is important after the covid 19 pandemic.

Much improved branch. I only visited for information (30/09/2020). Debbie was the steely-eyed professional. I left fully furnished with the facts.
