Not up to the usual standard expected from this bank, staff lack lustre. The bank will not be available from early August because they will be closing the branch and they will expect their customers to go to Crawley or Haywards Heath plus the phone lines for the bank can keep you hanging on for over 50 minutes or more and then when they dain to they add insult to injury by putting you through to a call centre to India. Its total fiasco.

Very good in all aspects except the queue for the teller. When a customer is taking a long time to service then the teller should get a colleague to man the second desk.

Waste of time, closed customer counter so as a business i can no longer draw monies in the amounts i need. Time to change bank again.

Each member of the staff was telling me a different version and some of them not particularly polite. I felt like either they didnt know what they were talking about or they were fooling me.
