        I was in this branch on Thursday morning of this week and receive brilliant customer service from the staff member who was helping me. It wasn't a straight forward fix and would have taken ages to resolve over the phone. Much appreciated.

        Usually Good but no notice of a MONTH closure and NO alternative arrangements for deposits. How do you think deposits will be cleared? I used the post office as per Santander Customer Services advice, deposit made Friday of cheques now Wednesday and STILL no cheques in the account. Terrible service, find another bank
