        Awful company. They advertise items they don't stock. Took several weeks for a promised refund to arrive and then only after being prompted.

        I would like to say that the service I have received over several years ordering from S C Parts has been first class. Monty in particular has gone over and above the call of duty every time to ensure Ive received the correct parts, and always on time. Ive recommended S C Parts to several companies and individuals in the motor vehicle industry and they have all said that the service, and advice they have received has been excellent. Kind Regards D.         i live in France and I have always found SC Parts very good and quick delivery. I chat to a guy called Monty and he is really helpful and gives great advice.

        Avoid at all costs. I ordered a part on the 26th November and 10 weeks later, I'm still waiting for my part. At no point have SC Parts contacted me to provide an update. I feel frustrated, disappointed and angry that they've taken my money and I'm still without a part I desperately need. No customer service whatsoever so all in all, one star rating is being generous.
