        Austen did a good job at the local East Grinstead store. Major maintenance/service on an Arkos 3 Pinnacle hybrid bike. However, 3-stars as the store had the bike for 6-8 weeks due to trying to obtain the parts. I would have thought a form like Halfords would have more clout to obtain parts more quickly
