The member of staff (name withheld) really needs a wake up call, said he felt uneasy and uncomfortable about selling me brake pads for my car, unfortunately a previous visit to GSF failed to determine the correct pads for my car 4 options for front & 2 for rear.
I wanted all six so when I got to the garage the mechanic has the correct pads, Jesus was this bloke difficult, as well as charging me the earth for them he made it uncomfortable and laborious. Funny enough when I got to the garage the lads knew who I was talking about after I described his surly belligerent & condescending manner.
Over 100 for Suzuki Swift brake pads!!!! Were they gold plated?????
Update. Still waiting for a response from customer service regarding my issues, sounds like they cant be bothered.

I am disabled and phoned them when I was parked outside their warehouse and someone came out, gave me prices and took payment without me having to leave my car.
