Excellent service and now ears! The policy of being able to return within 2 weeks of initial appointment was really helpful for me and all was sorted. I would highly recommend this service in Forest Row.

I took my mum to see these guys just before lockdown. The specialist there was incredibly kind and patient. My mum's hearing is really bad and I was so impressed with the level of kindness and patience he displayed. But hey,this may be down to him just being a good guy right? So finally, 3 years later mum is finally back up from South Africa and I need to get her hearing tested and whatnot. A different practitioner, Vincent, saw my mum. Again, he displayed such kindness, genuinely interested in what mum was asking him (nevermind that he probably hears the same questions a million times over)! He was kind. He was incredibly patient. And I know the guy is tired cos he inevitably is back to back in appointments but he is determined to ensure every customer's hearing is correctly and carefully assessed. Never condescending. And even as the next patient waited and he walked mum to the door while she tried to share another fond memory with him, he didn't rush her along. So I think this level of service and attention is clearly part of the brand and that this brand hire a very particular kind of person. In this day and age, the service was exceptional and our loyalty well earned .
