        I remember taking in 2 items. A Dyson vacuum cleaner and I forget what the other thing was, anyway, very polite and understanding. I was neither given or offered a receipt and never thought to ask for one. Seven years on I'm still waiting to hear from them.

        Absolutely awful. Said to fix the back-light would be a week and 80 job. 6 weeks later he didnt even call us, we had to chase him. He didn't fix it but still took the TV apart and now its unwatchable!! It only had a slight darkening in the right hand side now the back lights are completely gone. How can we get it back in an even worse state then we brought it in as!? DO NOT USE. AVOID
