Great Service! The Engineers at AVA modified my speakers exactly the way I hoped for. I don't think I could have gotten that anywhere else, AVA services was really forthcoming, generous and creative. Also my merchant of choice for all my woofer needs! Thanks from Germany!

I was having issues with my Bang & Olufsen equipment. Given information on my system configuration AVA Services within an hour had contacted me back and solved my problem. They did not even ask for me to bring my hardware in, what lovely people. It instils me with confidence that should I suffer a fault in the future I am in good hands with my local B&O repair center.

This company did a warranty repair on some B&O speakers for me. Told me initially they'd have them turned around in five days. After a week I called to check on progress and was told they were waiting on a part. After another week I called and the discussion about waiting for a part was completely denied. Now they are trying to identify a faulty wire. What for a fortnight? Why faff about like that? You'd just replace the loom/component the wire was in if it took you two weeks wouldn't you? By now I had decided to go wireless and change from using the phono inputs to the B&O inputs, so they decided they didn't need to fix the phono fault at all. Well, what if I change my setup again in the future or sell them? In short, they were finally returned after three phone calls, three weeks later and one of the same faults they went with (that they "couldn't replicate") is now evident on both. When they came back, no job sheet or list of works. I have no idea what (if anything) was done. Even the courier instruction labels I supplied were not used and they arrived back with badly damaged packaging. I couldn't recommend this company.
