I had to misfortune to deal with Crawley Audi when buying an 2018 Audi A6 Allroad. I can honestly say this is one of the most dishonest organisations Ive ever had to deal with. I thought buying an Audi approved car from an Audi main dealer meant I would have complete piece of mind - how foolish I was. They are dishonest, lie constantly and are happy to sell you a car with dangerous faults. When you spot these problem they are as obstructive as possible in getting the problems resolved. I've ended up paying what can only be described as a safety surcharge - I've been given the choice to either pay 50% of the cost of making my car safe - or risk the lives of my family every time I drive it at speed. I'm paying this under duress because I want to be safe and because I want to prevent further unnecessary wear and tear caused by the vibration coming from the accident-damaged wheels. I have no intention of leaving things there - They have been reported to Trading Standard and the Motor Ombudsman over this matter. If I don't get a result with the Ombudsman - I'll be seeking legal advice. This behaviour is supported to the very top of Harwoods Group. I've been in touch with Jon Wakefield (Harwoods Group CEO) and he handed it over to Nick Jones (Audi Brand Director) who is fully supportive of this kind of behaviour. Check out the reviews of Harwoods Group on TrustPilot and you will see this is not unusual for this company - there are a lot of very unhappy customers. In conclusion - avoid this company - the fact that they are allowed to sell cars is putting peoples lives at risk.

Etron went in for fixing, very poor communication (never called back when they said they would) , car not fixed. Really poor experience all round

I wanted to have a towbar fitted to my A4 so booked it in at Harwoods in Crawley. I received a call the day before to say it was all planned as discussed and I dropped the car off. Malcolm in the car park greeted me by name and told me Amy would be handling the process, all very impressive. A couple of coffees in the service lounge upstairs later I was picked up and went home. Collecting the car at the end of the day was a bit of a slow process but once the eye-wateringly expensive bill had been settled, and Jim had shown me how to deploy the fancy but of kit, I left in a superbly valeted car. The staff are all on message and the short lady in reception is a great asset.

Wow!!! My experience started early as I was due to drop my car at 8am on Wednesday 19th April 2023 As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a lovely chap called Malcom who assisted me where to park my car. I then entered through the main entrance to be greeted by two smiley faces on reception. They were very helpful. I was offered and served a coffee, which was delightful. My car, being my pride and joy was then taken care of by a technician called Trevor. He was excellent in being informative of what he had carried out on my car and this showed in his very thorough Audi Cam. He made me smile with his lovely comments about my car. While I waited I was looked after by the two lovely ladies on reception and even offered me snacks too!. When it came to settle the bill, Jess was super friendly and made the process ever more seamless. My whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Thank you Crawley Audi, youre the best!
