Summit carried out an asbestos survey on a house we were purchasing. Knowing the house needed a lot of renovation work, we decided to go for complete removal. Mark project managed the process for us and was a very reassuring presence throughout. He went above and beyond to minimize the stress and burden on us which was brilliant as we had a new baby. The removal contractors he got in did a neat job, considering the invasive nature of the work required. Would absolutely recommend to deal with any asbestos concerns in the home.

I recently needed to engage a Company to conduct both a Fire Risk Assessment and Asbestos Assessment for a small block of flats. I was recommended Summit Environmental Ltd because of their expertise in these areas. They were outstanding. Mark Elwell - the Director - replied quickly and presented a really reasonable quote. Both Mark and his collegue Joe were professional, experienced and extremely knowledgable on both the past, current and future Fire and Asbestos regulations, which along with Building regulations are changing so rapidly. Who knew Fire regulations could be so fascinating! I was also particularly impressed that part of Mark's Business ethos is to support and give back to the local community. The charities he supports are a children's respite centre and a Kangaroo santuary. Summit Environmental provide a wide range of other assessments which are clearly explained on their easy to navigate Website. They also have an excellent history with larger communal buildings and several Property Management Companies.
