        My builder recommended ADS to produce a structural design for the relocation of a staircase on a 1970's loft conversion. Ambrose the Director at ADS, turned up at the property promptly and gave clear advice on the possible structural solutions. He provided my builder with designs within a few days and answered all of my queries about the designs in a very professional manner.

        I orginally found Ambrose helpful during our original discussion on our planned extension. After agreeing to working with him, he deligated it to other staff (despite us checking this wouldn't be the case). He also allowed us to progress with a design knowing it wouldn't meet our original specification and in the end became quite defensive and aggressive in phone calls. Such a shame and a waste of money as the trust was broken.
