Tony made our extension design & planning effortless. We were new to this level of development and needed plenty of advice and guidance. It was evident after just one meeting that we were in the hands of a professional. Tony really listened, understood and improved upon our ideas. Drawings were adapted in consultation and without the concern of escalating costs. Attaining planning consent and working with Structural Engineers and builders was seamless. We decided to bite the bullet and finally go ahead with the open plan kitchen extension that we always dreamed about. Having witnessed a number of neighbours have absolute nightmares with architects and builders, we were sceptical what we might get, but I'm so pleased we employed Tony Dance, as he was a pleasure to work with every step of the way from initial drawings through to chasing the planning officers to get our application approved, which Im pleased to say he was able to do. We now love our new extension and would not hesitate in recommending Tony.

We appointed Tony to submit two planning applications for us, following three previous failed attempts with another architect. As at writing this review, I am delighted to record that Tony has been successful with the first of those applications and the other is now also submitted and awaiting decision. We have found Tony to be very personable and knowledgeable. He listened to his client and translated our requirements well into good quality, accurate drawings. He is also good when it comes to suggesting ideas himself and overcoming problems. His charges were also very reasonable. An all round decent and professional chap, who we would highly recommend.
