PLATFORM_ Crawley

I have lived in Platform for almost 5 years and I have seen drastic changes for the better, I can say that they have improved a lot both in administration and infrastructure and they have learned from their mistakes, I would happily live here all my life since it is basically in the center of everything, I don't want to think about the day I have to leave, but I will always be grateful to Platform_ Crawley !

I've been living in PLATFROM for a year. It's very annoying that some body are smoking weed near my apartment. I guess the smells are possibly came through the air vent from my neighbours.

Awful treatment by platform. After signing my tenancy agreement and putting down a deposit, having a moving date etc I was then told my flat was no longer available. Except I wasn't the one told, a family member who rang up on my behalf to ask, again, for the floor plan of the flat (after me emailing, texting and calling for a week to get the floor plan) was told the flat had fallen through. I had no contact from Platform at all. This was after my intial flat which I had put a holding fee on had also fallen through. I wasted money on furniture I'd bought for the flat and had already arranged for a moving van as the date was only 3 weeks away. Completely unprofessional, caused so much stress then trying to find a new place to move into. Honestly I don't know how they get away with it, after the 2 times it fell through times they suggested I go on a waiting list! Be very careful with this company, with the price you're paying you expect a premium service, the opposite of which you will receive!
