If I could give ZERO stars I would! The WORDT Airline Ive ever encountered in my life! Got all the way to the Gate ready for boarding the aircraft to be told the flight had been grounded & cancelled and all passengers including agency pilots were to be escorted out via customs! One year has gone by now and still no resolution to my inconvenience, no refund or compensation. Despite physically seeing the pilots being escorted off the plane and through customs with the rest of us, the airline seems to think the flight had taken off and landed at its destination when that was most certainly not the case!

App issues- doesnt allow advance check in then they want to charge you check in fee. Legal?

If I could give ZERO stars I would!
The WORDT Airline Ive ever encountered in my life!
