We visited for Afternoon Tea today. Lovely place, very clean and the food was delicious . The young man who served us was so polite and very helpful indeed. Would definitely visit again. Thank you for a lovely experience .

Wonderful service & delicious food. Would definitely recommend as a special treat. Even doggy bags for leftovers.

What an amazing stay we had! Thank you to Adam, shophie, Tom, Soma, Charlotte and Chef Darrell and his team of amazing chefs. Customer service is 100% all day long at the beautiful Alexander house hotel. Our large room was spotlessly clean, cosy and warm. The concierge service is extremely helpful and always finding ways to accommodate your needs. We had dinner at the reflections restaurant on-site which catered for all our dietary needs and the food was delicious. Soma was our waiter and he was outstanding when talking us through the menu and recommendations he moved our seating to a more romantic settings. Beautiful service we will be staying again can't wait Thanks Alexander house hotel.
