Totally unprofessional,,,, I had my cash offer accepted and was with solicitors,, nearly 2 weeks later I get a call from McCartneys estate agent saying theyve received a higher offer and were now selling to someone else !!!!!!! My offer had been accepted and was marked as sold with McCartneys and right move. To make things even more unprofessional the owner actually works for McCartney craven arms office ,, I feel so bad about this I dont think Ill ever deal with this totally unprofessional estate agent group again. This sort of thing happened in the 1980s and was called guzumpping. Although this isnt illegal it is totally unethical..
