Highest social rent around and worst service. We are looking to get out after yet another rent increase this year. Had trouble with noisy neighbours basically told to sort it out ourselves. Other associations are 20% lower rent for equivalent size properties.

In contradiction to other comments on here my recent experience was excellent. Declan helped me along the way to a new property and was professional, polite and very helpful. I'd like to thank him for his commendable attitude.

Helpful and friendly. I spoke to Declan, who was understanding and talked me over some available properties, which could be perfect for my granddad. Fingers crossed, something suitable comes up.
