        Bought a number of items from Kiwi Kit which have all been very good however, I was recently ordered the wrong sized item which I sent back for a new size. The new order sent to me was a completely different item. This is fine as mistakes happen. Following this, I emailed and phoned many times to get a refund. I am constantly promised a refund but after many months I have still not received it. I am very unhappy with the service I have received and am currently out of pocket.

        Their online service is excellent, recieved a confirmation email as soon as I placed my order, followed by regular delivery updates. All their clothing/PPE is of the best quality and I will be sure to use them again in the future.
