        Conner and the guys at GM cycles where incredibly knowledgeable and helpfully sorting out my suspension. Mind blown, but also happy to talk through the options and effects. That customer service makes the difference.

        Brilliant bike shop, brought my boardman in for a replacement tubeless tyre for my front wheel, had a good turn around time and fair price, couldn't be happier with the service. Thanks :)

        Pretty poor service. I went in asking why my new wheel wouldn't fit my bike and was told it was because it had bolts, not quick release. Didn't seem right as the last wheel had bolts too, but I asked if they could sort it out if I left it with them in whatever way they saw best, and he simply said they didn't have the wheel. Didn't seem interested in the business. Went to another Repair Shop instead and with a bit of re-jigging they sorted in under an hour with the wheel I bought... Lazy advice from Gnar Mech. Just wanted to get customers out of the door. DONT VISIT THIS STORE!
