I ordered an indesit appliance over the telephone and arranged for delivery - the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to pack the appliance so it would not be damaged in transit. If l lived near the shop l would definitely buy my kitchen appliances from the them.

Since the new owners have taken over we have had nothing but problems being a customer for well over 9 years and to be treated like we have is disgusting go in and pay for two bottles of gas and to be told we will deliver the next day for this not to turn up due to a shortage of gas from there delivery which we understood even though wed been told they had a yard full and less on the delivery day we still waited two weeks and heard nothing to at this point we had ran out and delivery was arranged but only one bottle was left and an empty put back we wouldnt of know this if we hadnt of checked there saying we had lied and was rude but the truth of the matter is they have delt with it very poorly as we know our system and we were out and the fact they were never going to tell us they only delivered one when phone to speak about it the lady was very rude called me a liar even after explaining our system she put the phones down on me and also my other half after he called to say hed taken pictures of how it was left and he could go to the police and trading standers due to how he left the conversation basically trying to do us out of a bottle of gas we have now had the bottle of gas but 4 weeks later and also a letter ceasing our gas supply and the reasons were we lied and was rude but so did they very poor customer service so if any! Very sorry Ive had to do this in the current climate but its had to be done to make others aware of how they taken payment for gas and try and pocket it!

Absolutely spot on for prices! I needed a gas bottle for my campervan, this is the cheapest I've paid for a gas bottle in the last 12 months! Goes to show, you look after the local businesses and they look after their customers!
