Products are posted promptly and they are happy to exchange/refund products that are not suitable. Very poor response from this company, they do not answer the phone and very slow reply to emails if at all. Sent me incorrect items, parcel returned to me when l sent it back, they received it 2nd time then didnt refund me. Had to take it up with PayPal to get my money back.

You cannot communicate with this company. Placed an order for a birthday gift on 3/1 and its not arrived. Ive sent 3 emails and tried to call numerous times. No one answers the phone. No answerphone facility. No one replied to any email. Item meant to be in stock 2-3 working day delivery. No update. No delivery. No response. Theyve left me no option than to speak to my bank to recover the cost. Terrible service. There are many other companies online. Do not spend your money here.

I did at first struggle to speak to someone at Trotters and as they no longer have a shop or fitting room and I was unsure whether to risk buying from them. However, they were extremely flexible with the jodhpurs I wanted to buy for a friends birthday and willingly changed them twice due to a change in colour and size. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again!
