        I was in the middle of organising images for an exhibition, none of the final edits had been backed up. My mac went down at the worst possible time..the dreaded folder and question mark centre of screen was all i could get. I couldn't even recover the hard drive. These guys had my mac up and running in days and all my data recovered. They were also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

        Indifferent. I called on a Sunday afternoon with a Mac issue, and after an initially promising conversation (about changing my SSD drive) things went quiet. Computerbase in Plymouth were more competent and helpful. I try to use local businesses whenever I can - but this isnt it. If you're not happy to work on the weekend just don't.
