Forest Edge Retreat

Just got back, Lovely place to stay, great hacking and susie is brilliant, only downside was we ordered a graze box and paid extra for 2 people 42.50, it really was not worth the money very small and expensive for what you got but the actual accommodation and stables were brilliant, well worth the long journey.. Food & drinks: Take awsy both nice, brilliantly delivered to our hut.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful few days staying at Forest Edge Retreat this week. The shepherds hut was super toasty with the log burner despite the cold weather and the kitchenette meant we could cook ourselves breakfast and lunch although making use of the local pubs for dinner. Susie supplied us with everything we needed for our stay, with wood and kindling for the fire and the horses having lovely deep beds and a turnout paddock. Thetford forest was right on our doorstep and we all enjoyed a 10 mile ride with perfect long stretches for a gallop. It is also a great location to be able to take a trip to beautiful Holkham Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come again in the future. :)
