        Just popped in for drinks with the family, which can sometimes be an issue in pubs serving food, but were made to feel very welcome and stayed for an extra round. Food looked good and beer choice was decent. Dog friendly (inside and outside, unlike the Bowgie Inn) and has a real bar with real people serving you (unlike the Bowgie!) Location is perfect.

        Lovely meal on Easter Monday with my family including two dogs. We enjoyed our food. I liked that the sausage and mash was accompanied by nice tasty vegetables. Great lunch, friendly staff and comfortable surroundings. Thank you.
