I simply love his work and have lots of it covering my walls. His attention to detail to get that right shot at the precise moment always has amazing results. If your interested in outdoor photography and just need a confidence boost plus technical advice to get that perfect shot I suggest looking at his workshops.

Had a fantastic time in Cornwall hosted by Chris and Sam. A very warm welcome in an idyllic location, Chris is an excellent cook too! I learnt a lot in a relaxed atmosphere would highly recommend this to anyone keen to learn and looking to do something different. I aspire to capture a shot close to Chris one day - already booked my revisit.

I have just finished my second Cornish Seascape Workshop with Chris and it was an amazing couple of days once again. We were blessed with wonderful conditions and visited a host of new locations, some of which you wouldn't find if you weren't taken there by someone who knows the place inside out. Chris has a passion for Cornwall and it is definitely catching when you are stood there with him waiting for sun to come up. The best bit for me when on location is being encouraged to think for yourself rather than be told what to do but there is guidance in abundance if needed and there is always freedom to express your own creativity. We also spent some invaluable time in the studio learning new techniques but always maintaining the integrity of the image. Chris has a relaxed style and it is very easy to develop new skills. Chris and Sam have a welcoming home and the accommodation they provide is absolutely first class as is the food. Great hospitality, lots of laughter and no fear of going hungry! I have been making landscape pictures for a number of years now, but seascapes are a more challenging proposition. I can say quite categorically that I am a more accomplished photographer now than I was before the first workshop and I look forward to going back again later in the year.
