Disappointed. A great place with great staff,we had a lodge that took two days to sort out the WiFi then cleaners came while we was out and left us with soaking wet carpets and sofas, this resulted in us having to downgrade over night in a caravan, as an apology we was offered 20% off our next booking that we can't have because by the time they give availability dates for next year we will already have booked for that year. But all in all a lovely site, Jane (a manger)was fantastic but the woman who rang us sounded uncaring and blunt.
