Wow, just wow. I can't quite thank you enough for what you've managed to do this week and for Mother's Day. We only placed the order on Monday last week and sent the personalised message on Tues. To have turned this order around and have it delivered in time to London is just mind-bogglingly amazing service. So you know this resulted in (happy) tears from my wife this morning (it was a gift from my 13 yo daughter), it's such a cute mug and the personalisation is perfect. You are so clearly a company that has it's act totally together. Great marketing, a quality product, superb idea to enable the mugs to be personalised, thoughtful & classy packaging and the company's storyline to boot. In life you choose to be exceptional, or not.
