If it wasnt for Lewis from Colin Thompson & Sons wed have been stranded 145 miles from home in a carpark we wouldnt have been able to get a recovery truck into;after 5 hours of being stuck whilst waiting for the RAC who unfortunately couldnt get us into our car after the locks had failed they suggested we contacted a locksmith who dealt with vehicles;we were recommended this company from a local tradesman and gave them a call.Lewis arrived in good time with a big smile and a sense of humour which was very much needed after the terrible day we were having,he was determined to get us into our car and that he did and we were able to get going and arrived home safely.Thanks so much Would definitely recommend this service to anyone thinking of using them.

Got locked out of our house when going to a funeral, spoke to a really helpful lady on the phone who arranged for one of her guys to meet us at the house a 5 pm on a Friday. When we got back the guy was there really cheerful and within half an hour we were in our house. We cannot recommend these people more highly, efficient, helpful, friendly, what more do you want. Brilliant.

Excellent service, would highly recommend. We needed a solution to keeping our pets safe in the house whilst were out and needed a lock fitted on an interior door, Colin was so helpful with fitting a lock for us a couple of days later. Thank you.
