I spoke to them to have an antenna installed, without much explanation the man i spoke to simply refused to even look into it, possibly because this wasn't a mainstream TV antenna. Unhelpful and not very friendly

So so helpful. I've been trying to reset the signal on my tv. He talked me through it over the phone. Highly recommend

They were going to install a new Ariel on the chimney. When they came out they decided to put it into the loft. So when I went to look , all they did was cable tie the Ariel the rafters, connect 1 metre of new coax then connect to the old coax..and charge 130. So I still have the old cable hanging down from the roof into the bottom of the house to go in.. A poor job
