        No complaints here. Excellent service since I moved over from a local competitor. Special thanks to Cara and Hannah for helping me with my recent purchase of replacement glasses, a great level of customer service shown.

        The ladies in the office are lovely BUT.. I had the worst experience with the man doing the eye test for my 5 year old. He made her feel so uncomfortable and embarrassed she didnt want to do the eye test properly because of the way he was speaking to her. He sniggered and said ha I doubt that very much when we explained my daughters eyes go fuzz when shes trying to read. He also told me I should have come after school because she was tired (but thats the time her appointment was given to me!) he made my daughter extremely nervous and wasnt welcoming at all she was saying to me she couldnt see the letters he was putting up but he just didnt believe her !! Absolutely awful she left crying asking me why he didnt believe her! I will never go here again!
