Brookmead Veterinary Surgery

Quite possibly the best Vets I've ever used. Neil and Neil the vets couldn't do enough for us and our dog Jazz. They have cared for him for the last 4 years and are brilliant. Operations ongoing health issues and they have managed it all professionally honestly and to the very best of their abilities. I would recommend this team to anyone who needs a great vet practice for their pet's

I honestly would recommend Brookmead Vets to anyone and everyone with a cat. They have a partitioned-off waiting area to help minimise stress, which is a lovely touch. Sadly my poor little friend had to be put to sleep, but I felt that Neil went above and beyond to keep her comfortable while we were trying to find out what was going on. He helped make what was an incredibly emotional ordeal a lot less difficult. From making the arrangements to have my dear cremated, organising collection of her ashes, and sending her crate to a local charity when I couldn't bare to take it home empty. And the little sympathy card and forget-me-not seeds I received in the post were so incredibly thoughtful.

The staff at Brookmead were so kind and supportive when we had to have our beautiful girl put to sleep recently. I couldn't have asked for a better vets and highly recommend Brookmead to anyone.
