Never used theses guys and never will, my old boss used to work for them as a plumber and they were rubbish then and now will never ever use them as there agents seem to think they can park where ever they like. I got home from work to find a Mini Cooper larked in-front of my drive way, so I could not park when got home. The car was left unlocked so if you want to use them I cant imagine they keep your keys very secure if leave there own cars unlocked. I found a crowes card inside so gave them a call and they advised that it was one of there colleagues and they would try to get in contact with them. After waiting 10 mins I called back again and spoke to same lady who said oh Ive left him a message but thats all I can do. So I said well keep calling him before I ran the car out the way. 5 mins later a guy came out and got in his car none the wiser until I questioned him why he thought it was ok to block my drive when ampul other spaces around all I got in response was Im very sorry or only been here 5 mins which was a lie because I had been waiting 20 mins and my neighbours said he had been there for ages. Terrible estate agents and human beings I would advise anyone not to use them as they cant park have no respect for people properties, they seem to thrill they are so important they can park anywhere and have a serious lack of security for your property if they do look after it because they cant even secure there own cars properly.
