Fantastic service that has saved my sanity! I was trying to run my business on a 6MB connection from BT which was driving me mad. My only option would have been a leased line at 500 per month until Sam put in a special request to have the service put down our private spur and we are now connected at 1GB! The entire team was brilliant. Sam was really flexible and kept us informed. The team digging the road were great and informative. The installation team installed the cable exactly the way I wanted them to. The service since has been brilliant too. Just received a follow up call to ensure that everything is ok so I am really happy. My neighbours are also extremely appreciative to now have decent broadband. Thank you Box for saving us from useless BT!

A big thank you to Graham, Phil, and Tyler from Box Broadband for installing our ultra fast firbe broadband with 100mbps! We were with TalkTalk for years getting no more than 1mbps at busy times so really happy!

Was installed on Tuesday and a reliable service so far. Great customer service phone line. The three men were polite, friendly and helpful with any questions. It was installed in about half an hour with care. I now receive 100mbps package which gets about 109mbps down and up which is brilliant and would highly recommend

Only experience so far is that the street and house are now covered in a fine concrete dust from all the cutting of the pavements. Can't make an omelette and all that but maybe some prior notice to suggest we keep our windows shut would not go amiss in future.
