Had our roof of our out building re-tiled last year. They missed a row of tiles. The ridge tiles at the end began to leak water whenever it rained. Tried contacting them before Xmas and again at the beginning of the year through text message. The first time we messaged, Paul said he would pop round and have a look but he never did. The second time he ignored us completely. Several months past with no contact at all. A few months ago he came to see one of our neighbors and only came over to see us because we saw him!! He talked about he had some blokes working for him when he did our roof and blamed them for the faults. All we remember was him and 1 other. He said he would pop in the next week as he's in the area and re-seat the ridge tiles that are leaking, that was a month ago. Still nothing.. Plus he has not got back to our neighbor about the work she wanted doing.

Paul and his team carried out work for me recently, they were extremely friendly and punctual, I contacted them explaining that I had problems with my flat roof. They fixed all problems in the timescale given and I was even provided a guarantee with the work. Would definitely use Paul & his team again for further work and would highly recommend them.
