        He just said no to my repair request without any valid reason. I wanted my ebike to be serviced. He said he doesn't have the tools for electric bikes. I explained to him that it is a regular mountain bike with an electric kit mounted on it, and the service it needs (brake adjustment, rust removal and a flat tyre) doesn't require any special tools or knowledge, only what's needed for a regular bike. To this he just emailed me saying "Sorry, not do everything I do." Doesn't even make sense. Very disappointed.
