        We bought our AGA R7 from Hoad and Taylor and from start to finish our experience was first class. We had numerous conversations before we bought ours and the advise we were given was clear and informative and made us feel confident in our choice. We were kept in the loop all the time until installation and on the day the team who carried our our install worked brilliantly. They were tidy and efficient and talked us through our oven when finished. Our overall experience was great and I would have no problem in recommending Hoad and Taylor if you are considering an AGA.         Recently purchased new falcon cooker and had old aga decommissioned. Excellent service all round. Small hiccup was dealt with speedily and v professionally by the brilliant Sue from H&T Cranleigh.

        Great service, spoke to Mark today regarding some parts I needed for an AGA MK3 which he had in stock and I was able to collect, also I appreciated the fact he checked I was a gas safe register engineer before proceeding with supplying the parts.
