Ordered food from Deliveroo, the order was accepted and the app said "food was being prepared". I get a call from the restaurant saying the restaurant is closed and I have to CANCEL the order. He told it was a fault in deliveroo, but when I checked later, the restaurant was listed as open in JustEat.
Poor customer service.
