Eugene Matthias - Funeral Celebrant

Eugene was caring, warm and friendly from the outset of meeting him at the discussion of the type of service required. On the day of the funeral itself, he was very supportive and encouraging to me when I wasn't sure if I could read at the service, which he conducted with humour, respect and care. It was a service that my late friend herself would have organised herself if she were able. I would highly recommend Eugene to any family. He is a lovely, compassionate, caring and kind man.

Eugene officiated at my late Aunt s non religious funeral. His guidance and support was amazing. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My family and friends commented on an amazing send off for our father, this was made possible by Eugene adding his suggestions to some of the content and his seamless presentation (could even be classed as a professional performance) We would recommend using Eugene to anyone who wants a personal touch to a family service.

We were so pleased to have Eugene for our Mother's funeral and subsequent internment, he provided a sincere and comforting service from start to finish. My sister stated that Eugene provided a calming and comforting environment, and my uncle who had to view the funeral remotely by webcam said that the funeral was particularly lovely and did our Mum justice. Eugene was absolutely invaluable to my Family and to me in particular and for that we will be eternally grateful for the positive memories he has helped us secure. I would undoubtedly recommend Eugene as a Celebrant.
